What are the delivery charges?

We are operating for only Pune city. So currently all deliveries are free of charge. No extra charge for product shipping is applicable on any size of order in Pune city.  

Why does the delivery date not correspond to the delivery timeline of X-Y business days?

It is possible our courier partners have a holiday between the day your placed your order and the date of delivery, which is based on the timelines shown on the product page. In this case, we add a day to the estimated date. Some courier partners do not work on Sundays and this is factored in to the delivery dates.

What is the estimated delivery time?

For all orders estimated delivery time is within 5 to 7 working days.

Are there any hidden costs (sales tax, octroi etc) on items sold by Myflorist.shop?

There are NO hidden charges when you make a purchase on Myflorist.shop. List prices are final and all-inclusive. The price you see on the product page is exactly what you would pay.

www.Myflorist.shop does not/cannot ship to my area. Why?

Currently we are shipping to only Pune city area and therefore the delivery pin codes are restricted to only those area.

Why is the CoD option not offered in my location?

Offering the CoD is at the discretion of our management and we do not offer that facility as of now.

I need to return an item, how do I arrange for a pick-up?

Returns are easy. Contact Us to initiate a return. You will receive a call explaining the process, once you have initiated a return.

Wherever possible we will facilitate the pick-up of the item. In case, the pick-up cannot be arranged through us, you can return the item through a third-party courier service.  Please refer the return policy for more details.

Definitions:

'Out of Stock'

Currently, the item is not available for sale. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know once it is available for purchase.

'Back In Stock Soon'

The item is popular and is sold out. You can however 'book' an order for the product and it will be shipped according to the timelines mentioned.

'Temporarily Unavailable'

The product is currently out of stock and is not available for purchase. The product could to be in stock soon. Use the 'Notify Me' feature to know when it is available for purchase.

'Permanently Discontinued'

This product is no longer available because it is obsolete and/or its production has been discontinued.

Does Myflorist.shop deliver internationally?

As of now, Myflorist.shop doesn't deliver items internationally.

You will be able to make your purchases on our site from anywhere in the world with credit/debit cards issued in India and 21 other countries, but please ensure the delivery address is in India.

 

 

2. Returns Policy

CANCELLATIONS:

All sales are final. We're sorry but we don't provide refunds if you simply change your mind about a purchase. Please make sure you want your items before you purchase them. :-)

Sale items (if applicable)
Only regular priced items may be refunded/return, unfortunately Sale items cannot be refunded or exchanged in any condition. Flash Sale/Stock Clearance Sale/Sale/Discount Items are non refundable.

Returns:

It is applicable for Prepaid Orders Only. This returns policy lasts 3 days after delivery. If 3 days have gone by since your delivery, unfortunately we can’t offer you a return or exchange.

The refund will be in the form of credit of your order value.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. You must submit a mail request of refund within 24hrs of delivery and send the package to us once we confirm the request. We will only process your request of refund after we personally examine the product here at our center and only if we find the product/package unused and its original condition. We hold the right to refuse the refund if any of the above condition is not followed .

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 10 days after purchase.

 

Refunds (if applicable) Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and you will be given a credit of the approved amount. 
FOR all customers, A credit of approved amount will be given to their Myflorist.shop account. They can use it for other purchases from the website. 

Exchanges (if applicable)
FLASH Sale/Sale/Discount Items does not come under the exchange facility. 
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at anuja@jagtapnursery.com and send your item to: Jagtap Nursery's Garden Center, Magarpatta. Pune Maharashtra IN 411013. 

Shipping
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Jagtap Nursery's Garden Center Behind Seasons Mall, Magarpatta, Pune Maharashtra IN 411013

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of original shipping/return shipping/COD fees will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you,may vary.
