Job Description:

Working as a salesperson in a florist shop can be a rewarding and enjoyable job, as it allows you to work with beautiful flowers and help customers express their feelings and sentiments through floral arrangements. 
Here are some key aspects to consider:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Greet customers with a friendly attitude and be attentive to their needs and preferences.

2. Listen to customers to understand their requirements and provide appropriate suggestions and advice.

3.Learn sales techniques to upsell and cross-sell products and services.

4.Basic knowledge of floral arrangement is valuable. You may need to create or assist in creating custom arrangements for customers.

5.Efficiently handle orders, whether they are placed in-store, over the phone, or online. Ensure accurate order-taking and delivery coordination.

6.Keep track of inventory, ensuring fresh flowers and supplies are in stock.

7.Maintain a clean and attractive store appearance. Display flowers and arrangements in an appealing manner to attract customers.

8.Assist with marketing efforts, such as creating eye-catching displays, promoting special offers, and engaging with customers on social media.

Salary:- 15k - 21k

Experience:- 0 - 2 Years

Working Hours:- 8.5 Hours 

Shift Timing:- 10Hours
